Since both her parents did not have some allies either, Christine also was raised as a single grandchild. She climbed up at a small area with adults--her parents and grandparents.
Because of the, she never really knew what it supposed to be a young kid. Since the adults across Christine were quite over protective too, she did not understand how to relate well with different kiddies.
Growing upward, Christine felt accustomed to the company of adults. She had been always more mature than the other kiddies at school. Even when she attained friends, she frequently felt angry at them while climbing up because she felt that they were too childish.
The adults who raised Christine had invested alot in her--this encouraged her to excel in all her subjects in addition to any hobbies she chose to take up. Now that she has all grown up, accepts that back then, she could have seemed haughty to her peers.
